Request deletion of your Flica account and data
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Flica app
- Go to Settings (Profile tab → Settings icon)
- Scroll down and tap 'Delete Account'
- Confirm deletion by following the prompts
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account information (email, name, profile)
- All decks and flashcards you created
- Learning history and statistics
- Quiz results and scores
- App settings and preferences
Data Retained for Legal Compliance
Some data may be retained as required by law:
- Transaction records: 5 years
- Consumer complaint records: 3 years
- Access logs: 3 months

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Please include the email address associated with your account.
